Website Design & Development
Consumers are increasingly looking to the web to find their products and services and it is now an expectation that any company will have an up-to-date website. If you have an out-of-date website, or don’t have one at all then you’re losing customers right now.
A site’s design is usually the first impression a customer has about your business, a poor impression means customers quickly move on to your competitors. I work to build usable websites which are visually appealing, easy to use and focus around your desired customer action (e.g. purchasing a product, contacting you, signing up to a newsletter etc).
The process varies based on the project and budget but generally we discuss what you want from the website and decide on the pages and general layout; I then provide design mock-ups for the main pages. Once you are happy, we proceed to building the working site, before testing and deploying your new web presence.
Corporate Branding
Your brand is more than just your logo. Your company’s persona is reflected by your brand and even basic things like colour palette can have a profound impact on the initial snap judgement that people will make about your company.
Brand design involves initial brain-storming, a round of revisions to get the correct logotype before adding colour and then designing business stationery (if required).
Internet Marketing
A common concern I have from customers is how people are going to find their website. Often they have an existing site that simply isn’t bringing in business. Using a combination of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Pay-per-Click (PPC) and conversion analysis – I work to get the right people finding your website and converting their visit into their custom.
